Master of Education in School Counseling
Auburn University offers an M.Ed in School Counseling for students who wish to work as professional school counselors in public or private schools. This program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). It offers courses in all eight CACREP common core areas. The degree leads to a recommendation for Class A Alabama professional educator certification.
