Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling
The University of North Texas (UNT) offers students the opportunity to pursue an online master of science degree in rehabilitation counseling. Training students to assist individuals with disabilities, the College of Health and Public Service at UNT’s graduates are primed for certification as a rehabilitation counselor and for licensure as a professional counselor.
The M.S. degree is a 60 credit hour program with coursework in counseling, multicultural aspects of disability, assessment and case management, and the vocational rehabilitation process. UNT's program in rehabilitation counseling is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
